Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 6, paragraph 1, section 3 of the Act on the provision of services in tourism, Official Gazette no. 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20 and 70/21, we inform our valued service users that if they are not satisfied with our services, they can submit their complaints:
