Malinska Walk & Taste

We invite you to a unique gastronomic experience on the island of Krk!

Until June 1, 2024, the Malinska Walk & Taste event is taking place, offering you the opportunity to explore the rich gastronomic tradition of the island of Krk and the Kvarner region.

Malinska Walk & Taste is a project by the Malinska-Dubašnica Tourist Board in collaboration with the DUBoak Maritime Heritage Interpretation Center, the Kvarner Wine Association, and local catering establishments. During the event, you will have the chance to taste traditional dishes and seasonal ingredients such as lamb, asparagus, cheese, curd, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as wines made from indigenous Kvarner grape varieties.

Malinska Walk & Taste Tasting Walks

As part of the project, Walk & Taste tasting walks are organized and will take place on Saturdays, May 25th and June 1st. Departures are from the Maritime Heritage Interpretation Center (Obala 21b, Malinska) at the following times:

  • First group: 12:00 – 14:30
  • Second group: 17:00 – 19:30

Evening Tastings at Malinska Walk & Taste

In the evenings, enjoy the tasting of Kvarner wine varieties with gastronomic creations by master chef Časlav Matijević at promotional prices, accompanied by a musical program:
