These beautiful newly renovated two-story apartments are located in a stone house in a quiet location in Punat. With a kitchen and living room on the ground floor and bedrooms with private bathrooms with a view of Puntarska Draga upstairs, they offer the possibility of an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The apartments can host a maximum of 5 people (the fifth person uses the couch on the ground floor). Apartment number 4 and apartment number 6 have their own parking, and a terrace decorated in Mediterranean style provides a good atmosphere. Both apartments have the possibility of using a barbecue in the yard of the family house, in the thick shade of a century-old tree.

The apartments are a 5 minutes' walk from the center and from the famous Vele Vode restaurant.
The facility offers the possibility for families or several couples who can rent both apartments at once, i.e. the house as a whole, or each apartment separately.
